Zack is grandson number six. He made his grand entry last evening at 8:34 and weighed a hefty eight pounds and four ounces.
With the birth of Zack, my bride and I now have a baker’s dozen grandchildren. The stats were once heavily leaning toward granddaughters, but the line-up now shows six boys and seven girls.
To our knowledge, there are no other mothers-to-be among our daughters and daughters-in-law, but one never knows.
We’ll be anxious to hear how big sister Anna Grayce takes to having a baby brother. Thus far, she seems to be excitedly looking forward to holding him.
The other milestone that was reached last evening was the number of visits to this blog. If you look to the right of this screen, you’ll see that we’ve surpassed ten thousand.
I’ve been writing this blog for about a year. I’m glad so many people have stopped by to see what I’ve had to say. Hopefully you’ll keep dropping by and tell your friends about it.
In the meantime, thank you very much for your support.
